- Market and needs assessment: Aquaya assesses site conditions through field visits and analysis of disease, climatic, hydrologic, and land use data obtained from local sources as well as remotely-sensed and other digital spatial datasets.
- Consumer research: We analyze water supply, treatment, storage, and hygiene behaviors as well as willingness- and ability-to-pay for new products and services.
- Technology selection: Aquaya matches technologies with local site conditions to promote widespread and sustained adoption.
- Distribution: We research and evaluate fully commercial and subsidized distribution models.
- Community education and promotion: Aquaya ensures that technology introduction is accompanied by effective marketing messages and education.
