Stephanie Hastings has 15 years of experience in water rights, supply and management. Stephanie is a Shareholder with the law firm of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP, she is Co-Chair of the firm’s Natural Resources Department. She specializes in water law and related environmental and natural resource issues. Her practice includes representation of all water users – public and private water providers, land developers, industry and agriculture – in both transactional and litigation matters. Stephanie was recognized as a top California environmental attorney in 2009 and 2010 by Chambers and Partners in its Chambers USA guide. Stephanie received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
